A child tested positive for fentanyl and his father is in custody.
The child was taken to the hospital and was revived after given a dose of Narcan.
28 year old Kevin Moman told police that his son had followed him out to his car and noticed he had something in his hand.
Moman says he smacked it away and within 20 minutes the child went unresponsive.
Police say surveillance video refuted his story.
The suspect is not talking to authorities because of fear he will incriminate himself.
The child was released from the hospital and seems to be doing ok.
