A man riding his bike in the wrong direction on a one-way road was stopped by police late Saturday night.
Police say they learned that 44 year old Matthew Hutchinson had an outstanding warrant for sexual battery.
They took the search further and found that his backpack contained drugs and paraphernalia.
He was arrested and charged with several drug related offenses.
He was lodged at the Vanderburgh County Jail with bond set at $500.
