The former director of the Evansville Parks and Recreation Department is under arrest.
Brian Holtz was the Subject of an arrest warrant obtained by Evansville Police Financial Crimes unit this morning.
He turned himself in, and was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail.
Holtz faces eight counts of counterfeiting, two counts of forgery and one count of official misconduct.
