A High Point Daycare employee has been charged with neglect.
Last month the Department of Child Services got involved after a 13 month old was taken to the hospital with a broken arm.
Another child was taken to the hospital because cuts and bruises were found along with blood in their diaper.
26 year old Nikki Moore is suspected in doing harm to both babies.
Video footage shows Moore using excessive force while wiping a child during a diaper change.
She was arrested and has since been released.
