Former Employees of North Side Business Never Received W-2

The tax deadline has come and gone, and former Roca Bar North employees never received their W-2 forms.

The business closed it’s doors last October without explanation.

Past co-owner Derek Ungethiem says that he is disappointed with his partner’s decision to ignore the matter.

Ungethiem is filing a lawsuit against Steve Hammer to have him sell-off assets to take care of his debt.

One employee says, he tried contacting Hammer and Senator Mike Braun, who Hammer has connections with as a field representative.

No response from either party.
