Evansville police see a car driven by Adonis Cooper weaving in and out of traffic on Columbia Street.
The car ran a red light on Fares Avenue and was finally stopped when Cooper turned into the parking lot of the Vanderburgh County Jail.
Cooper was taken into custody after a short stand-off.
Reports say Cooper has been in several car chases with police just in the last month.
Cooper will face multiple charges including aggressive driving, reckless driving and resisting law enforcement.
