The owner of Superior Home Improvement in Bicknell, Indiana was arrested and charged with theft.
48 year old Jesse Pace was paid $10,000 from a Vincennes homeowner.
He failed to make the planned repairs. According to the resident, Pace asked for an addition $9,000 for materials.
Deputies say, after he was paid, the contractor failed to return.
Pace was arrested, and has been released after paying a $5,000 bond.
