A plea agreement has been reached in a deadly crash that happened last July on the 1300 block of Florence street in Evansville.
According to court records, 22 year old Dylan Birdwell says he is pleading guilty to reckless homicide and failure to remain at the scene of an accident resulting in death.
A fight between Patrick Adams and Birdwell happened because Adams threw a rock at his vehicle.
Police say, Birdwell backed over Adams body with his vehicle body, then left the scene.
Adams died at the hospital.
He is facing charges of voluntary manslaughter when he is sentenced on May 4.
