A Jasper man is facing charges including criminal recklessness, obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana.
Police say 26 year old Carlos Velez-Zamont fired a weapon inside his apartment damaging a wall.
Velez-Zamont tried to get rid of marijuana, but police stopped him before he got the chance.
There were no injuries.
He is the Dubois County Jail.
