Human Remains Found In Newburgh Identified

The human remains found near Newburgh Lock and Dam over the weekend have now been identified.

The body found by hikers is that of 34 year old Adam L. Thomas of Louisville Kentucky.

Authorities say Thomas was last seen January 13 when he jumped into the river at Louisville to rescue a woman.

Both were presumed to have drowned in the incident.
