An Evansville man was spotted urinating on the side of a building in the 1200 block of East Riverside Drive.
Police say, he was given several verbal warnings and was seen getting into his car and driving off.
He was pulled over when he turned onto Highway 41 and didn’t signal.
Officers say, when they approached the car of 40 year old Brandon Meriwether, they could smell alcohol and marijuana.
He also had an eight year old with him.
Authorities say, a blood draw showed he had an alcohol level that was 4 and a half times the legal limit.
Meriwether is facing several drunk driving charges and a neglect charge.
