Owensboro Police were called to the 3000 block of Allen Street around 4:00 am Saturday, after two homes were hit by gunfire.
Detectives say after interviewing victims that lived in the homes, they were able to gather enough information for an arrest.
A 14 year old was charged with five counts of wanton endangerment and one count of possession of a handgun by a minor.
The juvenile is being detained at the Warren Regional Detention Center.
