A Posey Judge gave 55 year old Calvin Quertermous the maximum sentence for a drunk driving offense.
The court considered his prior criminal history to be a significant aggravating factor to give him 2 1/2 years in the Indiana department of Corrections.
A Posey County Prosecutor said, hopefully the Court’s sentence sends a clear message, that this type of behavior will not be tolerated in Posey County.
