The former executive director of ECHO Housing in Evansville may be headed behind bars.
Stephanie TenBarge has a hearing in U-S District Court today to be re-sentenced.
She received probation two years ago and was ordered to repay about $147-thousand that she admitted embezzling while director of ECHO.
Federal records allege she sold property and didn’t report it to her probation officer, refinanced her home without permission and other violations of her probation agreement.
