Heavy rain overnight caused tri-state roads to flood.
A fatal car accident closed portions of the Audubon Parkway around 3 this morning near the 13 mile marker.
In Warrick County on Indiana 61 near Holder Hill Road, a vehicle hydroplaned and hit a tree.
Both Ray Becker Parkway and Virginia Street viaducts were closed because of high water.
INDOT was notified after the traffic light at Highway 41 at St. George was out.
It was working within a hour.
