A Posey County family allegedly defrauded by Elite Construction owner Matthew Gates, has a happy ending.
The Mullers say the were speechless when A&A roofing repaired their roof at no charge.
Owner Jeremy Vanfleet said, this is a good time to give back to the community after what everyone has gone through, over the last couple of years.
It took about five hours to complete.
Gates was hired to replace the Muller’s roof last month.
He tore the old one off, but never finished the job.
This is one of many home improvement scams Gates is accused of.
