An Evansville man is facing several charges after allegedly hitting another man in the head with a hard object.
Detectives say when they arrived at the house on West Florida Street the victim was in the back of an ambulance.
The suspect, 28 year old Tyler Oldham showed up at his ex-girlfriends house when he and the victim started arguing.
The victim says, that’s when Oldham swung a bat or pool stick and struck him in the back of the head.
He had a seizure when he fell to the ground and passed out.
Oldham fled and was soon caught and booked in the Vanderburgh County jail.
