An Evansville man is believed to be connected to the death of Mallory Phillips who was found on August 15, 2020.
Officials said she died from multiple drug intoxication, including fentanyl and heroin.
Investigators examined her phone and found several texts from 27 year old Trenton Duncan.
The texts show that Mallory bought drugs from him the night before she died.
Duncan’s bond is set at $100,250.
He is in the Vanderburgh County Jail charged with dealing a controlled substance causing death.
