Gun shots were heard near the Devonshire Gardens Apartments on Green River Road on Wednesday.
Evansville police responded to the area behind Big Lots.
Witnesses were able to help identify the two groups of teens suspected to be involved.
Police detained the teens and found that one had a gun.
A second gun was discovered at the scene, along with bullet holes and damage on the back side of the Big Lots building.
The teens are facing various charges.
No motive is known at this time.
