Evansville firefighters respond to a blaze in the 2200 block of West Virginia around 4 o’clock this morning.
The fire apparently started on the second floor and sent one person to the hospital with smoke inhalation.
A second person was assisted out of the house but was uninjured.
Firefighters quickly darkened the blaze down.
Two people will be displaced and no firefighters were hurt.
