The woman murdered late Saturday night in Tell City has been identified as 24 year old Amber Willis.
Police were called to the 5000 block of Antler Lane and found a glass door shattered and Willis deceased in the bedroom.
Investigators quickly named Phillip Taylor as a person of interest.
Taylor was found around 8:30 Sunday morning in English, Indiana after an overnight manhunt.
He was arrested without incident and lodged in the Perry County Jail with no bond.
