Indiana State Police pulled over a Pike County man allegedly driving drunk.
It happened around 6 Monday night on State Road 57 near County Road 200 West.
Troopers say 26 year old Kyler Lee failed the field sobriety test and his blood alcohol content was 0.14.
Lee’s three year old daughter was moving freely in the passenger area.
His one year old son was not properly fastened in his car seat.
Lee is in the Pike County Jail.
The children were released to their mother.
