The man that is a accused of burning down the Diamond Flea Market last May is taking a plea deal.
Christopher Liggett confessed to starting the fire that took firefighters hours to put out.
Officials say surveillance footage showed an individual in the area of the arson when it took place.
The Flea Market first opened in 1984 and had room for 80 booths.
There were 27 vendors the day of the fire.
Liggett is due back in court on March 10 for sentencing.
