Three people are in custody after a police chase in Oakland City over the weekend.
Indiana State Police say they stopped a car for failure to signal.
Officials say as they were approaching the car, the driver sped off reaching 90 mph.
When the car finally stopped the driver 19 year old Logan Wiscaver was demanded to exit the vehicle.
The passengers were identified as 26 year William Smith and 29 year Hayley Williams.
ISP says a one year old boy was found in the back seat of the car.
They are in the Gibson County Jail facing several charges.
The infant was taken by child services.
