The man accused of murdering a Wayne County sheriff’s deputy is due in court for arraignment today.
40 year old Ray Tate faces a long list of 14 charges including kidnapping and armed robbery.
Tate allegedly shot and killed Deputy Sean Riley while on a call to assist a motorist.
He was taken into custody following a hostage situation in Clinton County Illinois.
