Charges have been changed to first degree manslaughter in the death investigation of five year old Braydon Irwin.
According to court officials Braydon’s mother Kayla Irwin and her boyfriend, Daniel Clemans were initially facing a murder charge.
Authorities say the initial report stated the cause of death was blunt force trauma.
Officials say the case is being moved to the grand jury and won’t be heard by a judge until March 14.
Irwin and Clemans bond remains at $250,000.
