The Kentucky man accused of killing an Illinois sheriff’s deputy has had his court date delayed.
40 year old Ray Tate of Hopkinsville stands accused of fatally shooting Wayne County deputy Sean Riley in December.
He was originally scheduled to make a video appearance in court on Tuesday, but he asked to be arraigned in person.
Thus, his court date was rescheduled for February 3.
There are 38 indictments against Tate.
