The cause of death a of five month old was determined and his mother is facing more charges.
Kentucky State Police say 28 year old Shaylynn Curtis was arrested in October for abuse of a corpse.
She is accused of wrapping her deceased son in a blanket and placing him in the attic of her home.
The coroner determined the baby died from a meth overdose.
Curtis was charged with murder after the case was brought in front of a grand jury.
She is lodged at the Christian County Jail in Hopkinsville.
