Henderson police made a traffic stop in the 1700 block of South Green Street for failure to illuminate headlights.
According to the news release, Mark Fambrough, fled the scene on foot.
Inside the vehicle police found drug paraphernalia, glass pipe and meth.
Fambrough’s passenger Ali Wing, had warrants and was arrested.
Wing was found with meth and suboxone.
She was charged with possession and booked in the Henderson County Jail.
Mark Fambrough is wanted by authorities.
