The man charged in the murder of a Wayne County sheriff’s deputy is in more trouble.
Prosecutors in St. Charles County Missouri posted 14 new charges against 40 year old Ray Tate.
This includes armed kidnapping and armed robbery.
Federal charges against the the Hopkinsville, Kentucky man are pending.
His bond has been set at $5 million.
