Indiana University police say a man who barricaded himself into a hotel room near the campus has been taken into custody.
It happened around 9pm Monday as police warned the public of a dangerous situation on campus, at the Indiana Memorial Union and urged people to avoid the area.
At around two o’clock this morning, police said the man was taken into custody without further incident.
