Police say, 39 year old, Brandon Opperman, while out on bond, was caught possessing meth Saturday afternoon.
Last month he was was charged with two felony counts of dependent neglect.
He allegedly was involved in the death of his granddaughter.
Five other people were charged in the death of Kamari Opperman after she ingested fentanyl.
Opperman is lodged in the Vanderburgh County jail with a $50,000 bond. He is due in court tomorrow.
