Two children, showing signs of intoxication, were taken to the hospital Wednesday.
Henderson police were called to the 1300 block of North Elm Street.
Officials say, the two minors possibly swallowed gummies containing Delta 9-THC, a schedule one controlled substance, currently illegal.
The children were sent home still showing symptoms.
No arrests at this time, but the case is listed as two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
This case is still under investigation.
