A Evansville man has pled guilty to the charges of criminal confinement and battery resulting in bodily harm.
This happened inside an apartment in the 1600 block of East Michigan in November of 2020.
29 year old, Andrew Houchin beat the victim while tied to a chair, causing serious facial injuries.
The victim was able to break out of the restraints and call 911.
Houchins sentencing is December 15th.
