Ohio County deputies say they started investigating abuse complaints earlier this month.
33 year old Christopher Sanders stands accused of sexually abusing several women under the age of 16 and 18.
Sanders, of Fordville, was arrested Saturday.
Detectives say Sanders admitted Monday to at least one of the sexual abuse allegations concerning a juvenile.
