Jasper police spot a car driving on a rim, sending up sparks and causing damage to the pavement.
It happened about nine o’clock last night on St. Charles Street near Second.
Officers tracked the car to Apple Blossom Lane and Maple where they found 24 year old Maria Rocha behind the wheel.
Officers say she was intoxicated and lodged in the Dubois County Jail.
