Evansville’s United Fidelity Bank completes its merger with a California financial entity.
International City Bank of Long Beach California will adopt the United Bank name as part of it’s own.
The merger deal closed Tuesday.
United Bank serves cities in Indiana including Evansville, Fort Branch, Mt. Vernon and Newburgh.
The combined company manage about $2.6 billion in assets among it’s 20 branches.
