Evansville’s south side is in the planning stages of a new housing development in the Goosetown and Tepe neighborhoods.
This project will help house, low to moderate income families, falling below eighty percent of the area median income.
This project with a purpose, will include apartments and townhouses, a total of 60 units.
Echo housing helped fill ninety-nine percent of the units already.
Hope of Evansville, sees this as proof that the city needs more affordable housing.
