He goes by the alias “Pete”, and since 1990 he has made 41 anonymous donations to Easterseals.
He called the office, just after noon Monday, letting staff know that he left a present on the chain link fence outside their office.
There, they found a bag shaped like a Christmas tree, with thirty $100 bills rolled up along side the lighted bulbs.
Easterseals will spend the the $3,000 to buy gifts for children with disabilities.
Over the years Pete has donated over $100,000.
