The EVSC Foundation and the Public Education Foundation are merging.
The new single organization will have what it calls a more profound impact on Evansville public education.
The new organization will merge the two boards of directors to avoid losing shared expertise, and will operate under the EVSC Foundation name.
P-E-F served pubic education for more than 36 years.
The EVSC Foundation was established in 2008 to support local students and educators.
