Evansville police made a welfare call on Crestview Drive last week.
Sasha Drake and Clifford Johns were arrested after officers found a newborn baby that had received no medical care.
Officers say they found hoarding and trash throughout the home from floor to ceiling,
There was no power and temperatures were in the 30’s.
There were also drugs in the house, and the baby was found to have meth in her system.
The parents have been ordered to take part in the Drug Abuse Probation Services.
