Posey County deputies get the word that a wanted man was driving along State Road 69 Tuesday afternoon.
Officers in the area found the SUV being driven by 39 year old Anthony Tucker of Mt. Vernon, when Tucker tried to hit the sheriff’s car head on.
Deputies turned around and tried without success success to stop Tucker.
Sheriff Tom Latham set up stop sticks near West Elementary School.
Tucker hit the stop sticks and was arrested without further incident.
