There were increased police patrols on the Western Kentucky University campus as of Monday.
Two men were seen asking female students to get into a car.
One person was arrested, and both men have been banned from campus.
Police believe most of the calls were related to Halloween, but were not taking any chances.
If a student fears for their safety, they are urged to call for a safety escort, offered 24/7.
