Nearly two years ago, USI students and professors watched the deployment of their student-built UNITE Cube Sat.
After nearly a thousand days in orbit, a major milestone, the device is expected to re-enter Earth’s atmosphere as early as tomorrow, tracking critical date in the process.
Cube Sat is the first orbiting satellite designed by students at an Indiana public school.
