Evansville police are investigating an early Wednesday morning shooting.
Central Dispatch says it happened shortly before 2:30 this morning in the 1800 block of Marshal.
An E-P-D sergeant says the matter was dispatched as a shots fired call.
As officers arrived they received word that a 75 year old female victim showed up at the emergency room of a local hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
She was reportedly taken to hospital by a family member.
Detectives are looking for two to three suspects who reportedly were seen driving away from the scene.
