One man is dead in a shooting that happened this morning.
One man was killed in an early morning shooting on Tuesday.
29 Year Old Douglas Todd Fulkerson was found dead of a gunshot wound in the 12oo block of Marshall Avenue a little after 2 o’clock Tuesday morning.
Investigation showed an altercation among several people when 27 year old Richard Garrett fired some shots.
He later said someone was pointing a gun at him and he fired in self defense.
A search warrant was executed on the home of Richard Garrett and 31 year old Patrick Garrett who were subsequently arrested on drug dealing charges.
No charges have been filed in the shooting.
