Police were called Sunday night after a man threatened several people with a gun before firing it into the air.
They arrived on scene shortly after at Fulton Square Apartments.
The victims identified 23-year-old Andrew Simms as the suspect.
Simms had come up to them and started yelling at one of the victims while they were sitting on the porch.
He then pulled a handgun and threatened to shoot, putting the gun up to the victim’s neck.
Simms is booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail, and is facing several charges.
