The next of kin of a Pennsylvania man who died while being arrested in Evansville has sued the city of Evansville and three police officers.
It happened in September 2019.
55 year old Edward Snukis refused to leave a business at Congress and Indiana.
He reportedly punched an officer in the face and was then hit with a stun gun.
He ran, but was caught and cuffed. That’s when he became unresponsive.
Officers performed CPR until medics arrived. Evansville police say there was no officer wrongdoing.
