Sunday in Tell City, a dedication was put up in honor of the soldiers who lost their lives in the suicide bombing in Afghanistan
The thirteen flags were placed in City Hall Park for the public to see.
Tell City officials said it ws a poignanyt way to express their condolences to the families affected by this tragedy.
