There’s been an arrest in connection with Wednesday night’s shooting at a south side restaurant.
It happened in the parking lot of Captain D’s at Highway 41 and Covert.
Investigators say 22 year old Hope Malin hit the victim with brass knuckles, and the victim fought back.
At that point someone started shooting at the victim, who was hit twice in the leg.
Apparently the victim and some Captain D’s employees were making jokes and Malin got offended, leading to the shooting.
